Central America
In the slums as well as in remote areas of Central America, children and young people suffer as a result of widespread poverty and violence. CSI works with local partners to make a difference.
(For security reasons, we do not name all of these countries in this region where we are active.)
CSI priorities:
- Provision of a daily lunch and care for children in slums
- Distribution of food and medicines to people in need
- Provision of school materials and school uniforms
- Working to end domestic violence
- Boarding schools for girls providing psychological care
